Spring Celebration: River Valley Artists 

 

This show will run May 24 - June 16, 2024, and will feature works by local area River Valley Artists - artists who live &/or make their art in one of the three towns of Essex, Deep River, & Chester, CT.

If you're an artist living &/or making your art in one of these towns, we would love to consider your work!

IN BRIEF:

Entries will be juried by Verdigris Gallery (MK Wynn & EA Kirslis).

Up to 4 works may be submitted. 

Theme is Open.

There is no Submission fee. 

There is a Participation fee of $20 for accepted artists.

Commission of 40% on sales will go to Verdigris Gallery.

 

ELIGIBILITY: This show features River Valley Artists, i.e., those living and/or making art in Essex, Chester, or Deep River, CT. An artist's home or studio must be located in one of these towns to be considered for this show.

Entries Due                 Sunday April 21

Decisions emailed      Sunday May 4.

Art Drop-off                (hand delivery only) Weds & Thurs May 22 & 23, 12pm-5pm, 1 North Main Street, Essex Village

Opening Reception    Friday May 24, 4-7pm (note this is Memorial Day Weekend)

Last day of Show       Sunday June 16 (note this is Father’s Day)

Art pick-up                  Sunday June 16
